Thanks to kind support from our generous donors throughout our Education Appeal, children like Kai returned to school with the essential resources they needed to start the year with confidence. Kai started at his new school this year, and was so excited to be able to share his culture with his new class. He told us;

"I was so excited to walk in and show everyone my deadly backpack” - Kai

His first term is nearly over now and his newfound confidence has meant that he has made new friends, and they love hearing his stories! He’s been able to turn things around at school thanks to kind support from people like you. Together, we are ensuring Aboriginal children receive empowering and culturally safe support that’s putting them on track for a bright future.

Thanks to you, we distributed 720 deadly back-to-school backpacks to children this school year – we think you’re pretty deadly!
